The Office of the Prosecutor General, Sindh is responsible for conducting prosecution on behalf of the Government of Sindh in criminal cases before the courts, advising the government on legal matters, and overseeing the District Public Prosecutors across the province in accordance with the Sindh Criminal Prosecution Service (Constitution, Functions and Powers) Act, 2009, and applicable laws.
